BATHROOM
We ask you to remove the glass elements and the tiles after showering. Please also make sure that you do not pour any hygiene products, waste or leftover food down the drain, as this can quickly lead to blockages. Please use the rubbish bins provided for this purpose.
BEDS
In the DeGolbreker, one of the bedrooms has a box spring bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. In the second bedroom there is a loft bed with two lying surfaces measuring 140*200cm. The duvets/pillows are uniformly 140 x 200 cm / 80x 80 cm.
The chalet is designed for 4-5 persons. Occupancy of the chalet beyond the specified sleeping places is not permitted. Spontaneous overnight guests are not allowed, as each guest must be registered with us and with Julianahoeve.
We do not have a travel cot and you must bring your own if required. A travel cot fits next to the parents’ bed.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
On the day of arrival, the chalet can be occupied from 3 pm. On the day of departure, it should be left in a swept clean condition by 10 am. The key is available at reception and must be returned there on departure. You can only check in as a main booker, unfortunately this is not possible for persons travelling with you.
FURNISHING & EQUIPMENT
Chalet DeGolfbreker has been designed and built with great attention to detail and high-quality materials. For this reason, we ask you to treat the chalet as your own home, so that guests after you, as well as we, will enjoy it. Please also take off your shoes at the entrance, otherwise the fine beach sand will quickly spread all over the accommodation. Thank you very much!
BICYCLES
You are welcome to use the two bicycles provided, but they are not part of the rental contract. Please always lock the bikes (lock and key are available).
PARTY
We love a good party and believe that a relaxed celebration with friends or family can make a moment even better. However, parties and loud music are unfortunately not part of a holiday at Julianahoeve and we therefore ask you to be considerate of other guests and please abide by the Camping&Beachresort Julianahoeve terms and conditions.

GARDEN
The outdoor area has been lovingly landscaped and furnished. The outdoor furniture is from the ‘outdoor living’ brand, which means that the seat cushions can be left outside even in light rain as they dry quickly. However, we kindly ask you to store the cushions in the garden shed during heavy rain, strong winds or storms to prevent them from blowing away.
GARDEN SHED
The key for the garden shed is in the key basket on the shelf in the hallway/kitchen area. The door handle must be pushed up to lock the door.
GAS FIREPLACE
Use the gas fireplace for relaxing moments with the family, but please remember that the fireplace is not intended for heating.
Normal use of the fireplace is included in the rental price.
HEATING
Our chalet is habitable all year round, extra insulated and has two different heat sources. The radiators can be controlled centrally via a thermostat in the living room. The air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom have a cooling and heating function and can be controlled via a remote control.
PETS
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to stay with you, as they are not permitted anywhere in the Camping & Beach Resort.
INFORMATION & OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
There is an information folder with appliance instructions and information in the TV sideboard in the chalet. If you have any detailed questions about specific appliances, you will find the answers here.
COFFEE MACHINE
Our cottage is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother. We will provide coffee for your arrival, but it is a good idea to bring your own capsules. The machine is self-explanatory – insert the capsule, press the button and voilà, your coffee is ready. Please fill the milk frother no more than halfway, otherwise the milk will overflow when frothing.
CHILD SEAT & FALL PROTECTION
The chalet is equipped with a high chair, child seat and fall protection (for the lower sleeping area of the loft bed), which are located in the garden shed for use/self-assembly.
AIR CONDITIONING
The master bedroom and living room are equipped with air conditioning with heating and cooling functions. Both air conditioning units are controlled by the same remote control – simply point the remote control at the desired air conditioning unit and it can be started.
VENTILATION
To prevent mould growth, we ask you to ventilate all rooms sufficiently. Please do not close the continuous ventilation setting on the windows. Thank you very much!
MINIMUM STAY
The minimum stay is 2 or 7 nights, depending on the season.
RUBBISH
The campsite has rubbish disposal areas with bins for residual and household waste, packaging and composite materials, paper/cardboard and glass. For the sake of the environment, please remember to separate your rubbish correctly.
We kindly ask you not to store rubbish bags on the terrace or in front of the door, as this attracts seagulls, rats and mice.
MUSIC
Our chalet has a JBL Bluetooth speaker. The JBL speaker is for use exclusively in and around the chalet and must not be taken to the beach under any circumstances.
Music is wonderful and part of every good holiday, but please be considerate of your neighbours and the campsite’s quiet hours.
PARKING
The chalet has its own parking space directly in front of the chalet. Only one vehicle is allowed per rental unit. If you arrive with several vehicles, you must park one in the marked parking spaces in front of the resort’s barrier. Please drive at walking pace on the campsite and always remember: it could be my child…
SMOKING
Our chalet is strictly non-smoking! (see Terms and Conditions).
COMPLAINTS
The chalet is carefully checked after each stay. However, if you notice any damage or have any complaints, these must be reported immediately at the start of your rental period.
QUIET HOURS
In the spirit of good neighbourliness, we ask all guests to treat their neighbours with respect. Please also adhere to the rules of the Julianahoeve Camping & Beach Resort!
We want you to have a fantastic time with us, and as long as every guest adheres to these agreements, nothing will stand in the way of a relaxing holiday.
TV
Our chalet is equipped with a Smart TV in the living room. The remote control can be found in the living room cabinet under the TV.
WIFI & INTERNET
The chalet has access to free WiFi. The password and network name can be found in the cupboard right next to the entrance door.
